Price

Pricing: what is actually public

Bizom

US$3,000

per month, up to 500 active users on AWS Marketplace

Bizom is one of the few RTM vendors with a public price. Its AWS Marketplace listing has a single pricing dimension: US$3,000 per month for up to 500 active users, which works out to about US$6 per user per month. Contracts run for 1, 12 or 24 months and are billed through AWS 1. On bizom.com, Bizom lists three tiers without prices: Basic (100 users, with SFA, DMS and claims), Growth (100+ users, adding ERP integration and mobile DMS) and Power (adding analytics, suggested order, trade promotion optimisation and auto-replenishment) 2.

iForce

Quoted

per user, by modules and team size

iForce is priced as a per-user subscription, with tiers based on modules and team size, and quoted for your routes, distributors and integrations. Core implementation and training are covered in onboarding discussions. Deep customisation or complex ERP work is scoped and communicated before work starts.

iForce pricing FAQ

Depth

Features compared

1

Field sales automation and offline work

Both platforms cover the field basics: order capture, visits, collections and GPS-verified routes, and both work offline 4. Bizom adds selfie-verified attendance, claims and outlet audits 4. iForce's mobile app is offline-first, with conflict resolution and queue management on sync, and it lets reps register new outlets and place orders offline, and issue samples outside the standard order flow (Bellose).

2

Distributor management and replenishment

Bizom's DMS is a full distributor back-office: inventory, primary orders and billing, GRNs and ledgers, returns, claims settlement, delivery automation, and collection and banking 5. iForce focuses on brand-side control of distributor execution. It generates purchase orders automatically from each distributor's current and buffer stock, supports PO revoke and discounts at PO stage, and monitors distributor operations from one platform (Bellose, Pelwatte).

3

Trade promotions, schemes and free issues

Bizom applies schemes and discounts automatically during order booking and sells Trade Promotion Management as a module 4, 2. iForce's strength is complex trade terms: free issues and discounts applied automatically by customer channel and ABC classification, and assortment free issues across multiple items. At Bellose, reps no longer enter free issues and discounts by hand.

4

Outlet data quality

Both vendors treat duplicate outlets as a core problem. Bizom uses Gen AI and image validation to detect duplicates 4. iForce checks a new outlet's name and location against existing records and blocks near-duplicates before they are created.

5

AI and retail intelligence

This is Bizom's headline. It offers RI Copilot for upsell, cross-sell and recovery recommendations, RI Agents, Bizom Marshal conversational coaching, AI beat optimisation and image-recognition merchandising 3, 4. iForce does not market AI features. Its analytics are live reports and role-based dashboards for field, distributor and management views.

6

Integrations and compliance

Bizom names integrations with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and Tally 4, and its integration catalogue includes Odoo, Syspro, Power BI, Snowflake, HRMS tools, payments and India GST e-invoicing 7. iForce integrates with ERPs through iForce Connect, and its invoice prints follow local tax and fiscal formats, including Sri Lanka's.

7

Implementation and support

Bizom cites 6 days from discovery to go-live for Royal Canin and says most enterprise implementations finish within weeks 3, 4. iForce provisions a tenant in seconds, completes base configuration in hours and business setup in 1 to 3 days, and typically goes live in 2 to 6 weeks. iForce support comes directly from Pro Logics IT Solutions in Colombo, with dedicated account management for enterprise customers.
